Panhandle Seminole Club’s Annual Kickoff Meeting and Awards Dinner Thursday August 9, 2007  6 pm

 

The Panhandle Seminole Club will hold its Annual Kickoff Meeting and Awards Dinner at the First United Methodist’s Wesley Center in Marianna on Lafayette Street.

The guest speaker will be Gene Williams, the founder and editor of Warchant.com, which is the on-line website of The Osceola, FSU’s premiere sports periodical. Gene will share his insight, knowledge and update us on FSU football for this fall.

Scholarships will be presented to 4 local students who will be attending FSU this fall. This year, the local club is able to provide $4000 in scholarships, bringing their five year total to $20,000 in support of FSU students.

The meeting is open to all friends of FSU with burgers, hot dogs, baked beans and all the trimmings provided by the club to all current members. The cost will be $5 per person for non-members.

Take this opportunity to support your local club by becoming a member. Dues are only $15.00 per year, single or family membership, with proceeds supporting our scholarship program.
